*Remember, as managers and coaches know, there is a hierarchy to the rules - read the document above first, then follow with the blue section of the Pony rule book (coaches have them), and then MLB rules. For Softball, check the document above and then refer to ASA rules.

Manager/Coach/Volunteer forms

Managers and Coaches can register and submit background checks by clicking on the link below, downloading the application, and sending it to BYBSB.
  1. Email a filled out application and a copy of your drivers license to [email protected]
  2. Fill out the application and a copy of your drivers license, and bring in to the BYBSB office.
​REMINDER: There is a $40.00 background check Fee for all volunteers. This can be paid in the BYBSB office at Noble Creek Park.

Reminder, for the safety of all participants of Beaumont Youth Baseball/Softball, we are enforcing the NO PARKING in front of field gates, fire lane gates and all no parking areas. There will be NO warning, tow trucks will be called.
Softball - Amendment and Clarification of Rules: All league amended pitching restrictions are in place until tournament games start.  Per USA Softball pitching rules:  All players who stay in the game may return to the mound at any given time or as many times.  Since we play with free substitutions it means they are in the game at all times. Amended league restrictions will apply here.  Remember once a pitch is thrown to a batter it counts as a inning pitched.
Pony - Please do not use the super sized mound on Field 1. Per manager's meeting, there is to be no metal cleats on any of the pitching mounds.
All baseball - read rules and adhere to all bat rule changes. You do not want to get thrown out of a game for using illegal bats.
All scorekeepers are doing a great job - just a reminder that scorekeepers need to record when subs enter the game by specifying inning: 2nd, 3rd, etc. All position changes must be recorded.
