Manager and Coach Registration
Managers and coaches can register and submit background checks by visiting the Spring Registration link for managers or volunteers on the home page. Follow the prompts to register as a coach, manager, or volunteer.

Reminder – Volunteer Background Check
All volunteers are required to complete a background check, which includes a $20.00 fee. You will also be required to upload a copy of your driver’s license or other valid ID during the registration process.

Important Safety and League Reminders – Beaumont Youth Baseball & Softball
Parking:
For the safety of all participants, there is NO PARKING in front of field gates, fire lane gates, or any designated no-parking areas. Tow trucks will be called immediately; no warnings will be issued.
Softball – Pitching Rules:
- All league-amended pitching restrictions remain in effect until tournament games begin.
- Per USA Softball rules, players may return to the mound multiple times if they remain in the game. Since we allow free substitutions, players are considered active for this purpose.
- Remember: once a pitch is thrown to a batter, it counts as an inning pitched.
- Do not use the oversized mound on Field 1.
- Metal cleats are prohibited on all pitching mounds (per manager’s meeting).
- All players and coaches must read and adhere to current bat rule changes. Using illegal bats can result in ejection from the game.
- Scorekeepers are doing an excellent job!
- Reminder: Record all substitutions by inning (2nd, 3rd, etc.) and note all position changes.
