Why are Team Parents so important?
Because you:
- Tie the shoes
- Help with helmets and armor
- Track snack duty
- Find sweatshirts when players are cold and provide support when they’re too hot
- Sort gloves and hats
- Cheer for the team
- Tie hair bows
- And always come back for the next game with a smile

Helpful Tips About Field Closures and Rain Outs
- No News Is Good News: If you haven’t heard anything about a field closure, assume your game or practice is still on.
- Decision Timing: Field closure decisions are usually made by 3:00 p.m., but unpredictable weather may require adjustments.
- Notification Process: Once a closure is confirmed, we post updates in this order: Facebook → Website, while Team Parents and Managers are also notified via text.
- Practice vs. Pool Play:
- Practice games will not be made up.
- Pool play games (ages 7 and up, upper divisions) will be rescheduled if cancelled.

- Why Fields May Be Closed or Open:
- Closures are based on field safety, not just weather appearance.
- Fields can be unsafe even on sunny days if there’s standing water or mud.
